The Gathering 2019

The Gathering Traditional Festival in the INEC Killarney is one of the highlights of the music calendar in Ireland. Now in its 20th year, the festival is a celebration of traditional music and dance. With visitors flocking to the Kingdom from all over the world, it’s a must for trad lovers everywhere.
 

 
Top class musicians will perform over the course of the 4 days.  With Paddy Keenan, Frankie Gavin, Altan and The Kilfenora Ceilí Band set to attend, we are expecting a great weekend of music and craic.
 
Pack the dancing shoes for one of the nightly ceilí’s. Do you fancy improving your moves?  Set Dancing workshops and Sean Nós classes will be available during the festival.
 

 
Musicians too can use the weekend to improve their skill-set. Instrument masterclasses for concertina, flute, tin whistle, fiddle and accordion will be held on Saturday 2nd.
