Remember to Breathe is Orla Murphy’s full-length theatrical debut. Shortlisted for the BBC International Playwriting Award and The Fishamble Best New Play Award in Tiger Dublin Fringe. The play won the Lustrum Award at Edinburgh Fringe.
The show is a celebration of the beauty of the Irish countryside that never leaves you once you’ve experienced it, shot through with the dry Tipp wit that Orla grew up listening to. Humorous, moving and truly uplifting piece with Raymond Keane, Juliette Crosbie and Festival favourite Julie Sharkey.
Tues 02 & Wed 03 July at 8pm - 9pm
Part of Clonmel Junction Arts Festival
‘Orla Murphy and company have produced a stunning, sophisticated, captivating piece of theatre. The play speaks to issues of emigration, father-daughter relationships but above all else, of how to find your feet, to take a breath and keep breathing despite all that pushes against us'.
