Operation Transformation Claregalway 2019
Claregalway Walkers & Trekkers Walking Club are delighted to be hosting this event again this year.
First walk will leave from the forecourt of Treats Cafe Claregalway at 11am on Saturday 12th January.
We gather at 10.45am to register etc. Arrive early to avail of the professional guidance of local Yoga Instructor Noreen Conroy who will demonstrate some moves and stretches to ensure you stay injury free as you walk yourself into 2019.
To make it a bit more interesting and add some fun we will be offering a confidential weigh in for anyone who might like to monitor their progress 😜 not obligatory!!
So if getting active and healthy is on your To-Do-List for the New Year do come along, you will meet lots of like minded people who will support and encourage you to reach your goals .
