National Gallery of Ireland: Mindfulness Tour (Part of First Fortnight)
Enjoy some time out and join us for a free guided tour at a slower pace.
Looking closely, and moving quietly and mindfully through the Gallery spaces, we will encounter each work with curiosity, allowing us to connect deeply with it. The tour will end with quiet reflection in silence and stillness.
Sat 19 January at 1.30pm - 1.45pm Free, no booking required.
