The Elevate Foundation is a not-for-profit initiative.
Its aim is to reach out and connect with young people in Clare, utilising independent organisations and professionals specialising in youth mental health.
Their vision is to give young people the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to fulfill their ambitions and to realise their full potential. They endeavour to promote individuality and positive self-image, along with awareness of self, and the need for self-care.
They also encourage young people with personal difficulties to reach out to the appropriate organisations who are best equipped to support them.
