Christmas Tree Festival
2 – 7 December, St Canice’s Cathedral
After a hugely successful online festival last year, the Christmas Tree Festival in St. Canice’s Cathedral returns in-person.
This amazing forest will be open to the public from the 2nd of December. Come along and enjoy a stroll through a magical forest of unknown species of Christmas trees. Bring your friends and enjoy the seasonal atmosphere in the beautiful surrounds of the Cathedral with music, stalls, teas, and crafts for children.

Cinderella, the most magical panto of all, is running at the Watergate Theatre in January 2022 and is sure to be a memorable night out for all the family to enjoy!
Forced to tend to her wicked stepmother and ugly sisters all day long, Cinderella gets by with a little help from her best friend, Buttons and his sister Bangles until her magical Fairy Godmother makes an unexpected appearance and transforms Cinders from rags to riches, but will her sisters ruin her chances of finding love at the ball before the stroke of midnight?

Kilkenny is preparing for another big freeze this year as Kilkenny on Ice returns to The Hub in Cillin Hill. Get your skates on and book your tickets.
