A different outlook …

We all know how important mental health is, and how in these busy times many are struggling to keep all the balls in the air. Charities and mental health services provide vital support for people when they need some help. Here at www.inspireme.ie we have regular listings of meetings, conferences and fundraising events which are dedicated to informing and assisting. Below are just a few events currently on the website, but do keep an eye out and be sure to share events with people you know who may need a helping hand at a difficult time.

First up is Every Brilliant Thing – this amazing play is about depression and the lengths we’ll go to for the ones we love. It has been getting rave reviews. See it at the Pavilion in Dun Laoghaire until Sunday 16th July and then moving to the Everyman in Cork from 18th-19th July. Next up is Glór in Ennis on 20th July and An Grianán  in Letterkenny on 21st July.  It will make you laugh and cry, and make a list of all the things that are brilliant about this life.

In the beautiful Ballydehob in West Cork there is a fabulous weekend planned for the MBAC (Mindful Based Anxiety Control) Workshop in August. In this tranquil location there will be space to escape the stress and strain of the everyday.
