Top 5 things to Do in Ireland 12 - 18 July
Crossmolina Nephin Festival
Mayo, 14 to 18 July
Crossmolina’s Nephin Festival is an annual family based festival for 5 days and in 2021 it is all about outdoors & online with events for all the family.
The Festival will include a great variety of events for all the family to enjoy such as Drive In Bingo, Stand Up Paddling, Kite Flying, Car Treasure Hunt, Online Concert, Chicken Racing, Woodland Guided Walk & Family Fun Cycle.
Migration
Louth, 16 to 18 July
Migration is an intriguing new sculptural art project by artist Garry Maguire, the new work explores the pattern, colour and movement of the natural definitions of migration and juxtaposes them with the definitions of human migration and the concerns thereof.
Over a three day period from the weekend of the 16th – 18th of July, the new work will be displayed at Market Square, Dundalk. The public are very welcome to come and engage with the artist and this thought provoking piece of work over the three days.
PHOTOIRELAD FESTIVAL 2021
ONLINE, throughout July
For the month of July, PhotoIreland Festival brings together a programme presenting traditional and contemporary lens-based practices, alongside film and performance, serving a cornucopia of engaging and relevant material — with many works never seen before in Ireland — through exhibitions, talks, and an online critical cooking channel!
FIVE LAMPS ARTS FESTIVAL
Dublin and Online, 3 to 31 July
Celebrating the Five Lamps landmark and surrounding community, this festival will be showcasing a range of art forms including literature, dance, music, visual art and theatre.
SOUND WALK AT GORT ROVER WALK
Galway, until 26th July
Coole Music invite you all to the Gort River Walk – with a smart phone and headphones – to take you on the magical journey of Carolan’s Rambles with stories and music by the young musicians of Coole Music & Arts.
It is free for everyone to enjoy. The walk takes around 45 minutes.
