This winter seems to have gone on forever. Between the Beast from the East and the Son of the Beast we are well and truly over the snow for another year. The Craughwell 10, Galway

Clongowes 5k, Kildare
The Clongowes 5K is in its 7th year. It’s a fast course and open to walkers and runners of all abilities. This would be an ideal race for anyone training for the mini-marathon. Find out more here.
The Hugo Smith 5K, Offaly
The Ferbane AC have organised the 2nd race of the 2018 Offaly race series. A flat course with a downhill finish, this could be a good event for someone trying hoping to set a personal best. Find out more here.

Streets of Kilkenny 5K, Kilkenny
The Kilkenny City Harriers Streets of Kilkenny 5K is fast flat course centred around Kilkenny Medieval centre and the banks of the Nore. It takes place on a Thursday 29th March, perfect for an after work workout. Find out more here.
